We were recommended to go visit Scenic City Golf Carts from a previous customer and neighbor. As soon as we got out of our car Chris (Owner/Manager) walked up to us started explaining the differences on each of his carts in inventory. He told us to take all we wanted for a test drive around his property and we did actually drive a few, taking turns between my wife, my daughter and myself. We started asking questions and he answered them. I was surprised on how he never once talked negative about any other brands or dealers. He only talked about what he had to offer and why each configuration was different and for what reasons. He truly knows his product! When it came time to talk price, we found out how competitively priced he was. We researched options & pricing on the web and was stunned on his first offer and accepted it.
Stop by this place just to talk and test one out without "any" pressure and enjoy the experience.

Our old cart kept dying on us (from a different dealer, no longer in business) and I contacted 4 different golf cart dealers in Chattanooga. Chris was the ONLY one to call me back the same day. He picked up our old cart 2 days later and immediately gave me some professional advice about switching to Lithium batteries since they are much more reliable and don’t need to be regularly replaced. We test drove several different carts (ALL AWESOME!). Since I wasn’t expecting to have to invest in a brand new cart - Chris totally worked with us and got us the PERFECT cart at a GREAT price! We traded in our old cart in and are so happy we did. Chris and his team are hardworking and fantastic to deal with. We look forward to customizing our cart with Chris for years to come. I have a club car carryall and an ezgo golf cart. I have been using another cart seller for several years but I decided to try Scenic City and I am very glad I did. The customer service was excellent I have never been treated so well. Chris the owner was more than helpful and willing to help me with anything I needed. Butch the mechanic is excellent and the ladies in the office are also very nice and helpful. I highly recommended Scenic City for any and all of your golf cart needs. All we can say is WOW!!! Working with Cam and Chris was an awesome experience. We were in the market for a side-by-side, and left with a customized golf cart ordered...they don't even sale side-by-sides. Scenic City's inventory catches your eye as you drive by. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable. No sales gimmick, but an awesome golf cart experience from showing, to test driving, to pricing, to paying, to... Even if you don’t need or want a golf cart, you just need to stop by and meet Chris. He is and awesome dude, with an even better story!
